Nice hotel with great amenities like fast wi-fi, a lovely indoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff helped me with directions. I highly recommend enjoying the warm pool! I'm coming back for a trip.

Family with children fun

The swimming pool was really nice, clean and a great size for some family fun, kept the kids occupied for hours. We had a fantastic time at breakfast, so many choices from yoghurts and fruits to pastries, truly a spread fit for a king, made our mornings special.

It wasn’t exactly a bargain though, but for the quality we got it was still acceptable.

I appreciated the spacious and welcoming layout with friendly staff who provided attentive service, making my stay comfortable. The glass ceiling added charm, allowing natural light to brighten the common areas, which was uplifting for us seniors.

Accessible air conditioning in rooms would greatly help.

the lack of air conditioning made nights uncomfortable the family duplex was perfect with a spacious balcony for enjoying meals the pool was great and there were many activities like tennis and table tennis 😀

Dining experiences varied, with some wait staff more attentive than others. I'd recommend visiting during less busy hours for meals.

The room offered a lovely outside space with garden chairs, though the view was quite limited. The pool and sports facilities were enjoyable, but a fresh coat of paint would enhance their appearance. Unfortunately, access to amenities involved navigating tricky paths that may pose challenges for those with mobility issues. the lack of more versatile seating in communal areas detracted from relaxation opportunities.

The spacious family room was a delight! The large pool and jacuzzi were perfect after a day out. Only downside, the noisy fan in a very warm room made it hard to sleep. 😅

We had a fantastic long weekend at this hotel! The clean, friendly atmosphere and beautiful woodland surroundings made our stay delightful. We loved the option to dine at the onsite restaurant, although it was a little pricey. Pro tip, visit the pool during off-peak hours for a quieter experience.

The family duplex with two double beds was spacious and fun, especially when the kids figured out how to navigate the stairs. The renovated pool area provided a nice place to cool off, and the outdoor seating offered a relaxed vibe to enjoy the surrounding nature.

No air conditioning was a real letdown, especially as the rooms got hot in the evenings, making it tough to sleep. The breakfast was a disappointment with stale pastries and poorly stored cereals, and an experience at the hotel restaurant led to the worst steak I’ve ever had—chewy and flavorless. getting to our room felt like a mini obstacle course with all the stairs involved. it’s not ideal for anyone with mobility issues. On top of that, the restaurant service was painfully slow which added to the frustrating dining experience.
